The location was fantastic and convenient, near the train tracks where trains pass during the night. It's very close to restaurants and situated in a nice area near the school or college. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Dirty, water leaking from around the commode. Toilet was unstable when you sat down on it. Lamp in corner did not work, wifi was slow.

Great location that's super convenient! 🚉 Close to restaurants, other hotels, and even the train tracks. You can easily explore the outskirts of Bristol, and the railway is nearby too.

Blaring of train horn several times during the early morning hours, bed too soft, mold in bathroom, light switch by door didn't work, alarm clock didn't work and wasn't plugged in when arrived, not much in the way of breakfast.

The place was great and incredibly friendly. It offered us a comfy and favorable location so close to a good area close to the school or the college as well as restaurants. The provided service was excellent.

when I checked in, I was informed that they did not have a reservation for me, even though I made and confirmed it thru this website a week prior to my visit.

I was very disappointed the room was disgusting wasn't fit for animals let alone people
The door was hard to open and stuck everytime when entering or leaving. The picture above the bed had a hole in glass. The bed linens were stained, if they had been washed at all. The carpet needs to be cleaned had white socks and after being in there one hour were black. The rod for shower curtain kept falling when trying to shower. The ac unit was so loud made it impossible to sleep. VERY DISAPPOINTED
